I liked the modern and lovely hotel.

i was happy with hotel's stunning and wonderful location in a great area. location: the venue was near breweries, restaurants, shopping and most importantly--the river, restraunts to walk, and close to river. i had quick lunch at scoutpost, located right at the hotel.

Totally recommend for a short-term stay

Clean facilities, comfy bed, and the convenient location made it easy for us to explore nearby breweries like Monkless and Crux. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the hotel bar where we decided to stay for a few hours after our first drink.

perfect base for exploring bend's parks and breweries

I really loved how clean and spacious my room was. The hotel is just a short stroll away from some amazing local breweries and beautiful parks like Farewell Bend Park and Drake Park. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the in-room desk that provided me with a comfortable space to work .

Improve breakfast options, especially for seniors' dietary needs.

Disappointment struck when I discovered that breakfast hours are strictly enforced, causing me to miss out on making waffles for my family just because I was five minutes late after taking an important call. The pool area seems to be overrun during busy weekends was nice. The lack of parking included in the already steep room rate felt unfair compared to other nearby hotels with comparable offerings. Ultimately, these aspects hindered what could've easily been an excellent stay.

The staff at Springhill Suites was excellent, providing attentive service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of my room was perfect, and the spacious layout offered a comfortable working environment. The business amenities, including the conference space, were well-maintained and met my professional needs effectively.

The front desk staff provided exemplary service. The cleanliness of our suite was excellent, and the extra help with bedding demonstrated the attentive care from the staff.

I loved the super comfy bed and how spotless our room was. as a professional housekeeper, I was really impressed! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great spots to unwind, but a big family took up the pool all weekend, and we couldn’t get in. Still, I’d totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and cozy stay! 😊

My kids wished for better breakfast hours. Five minutes late was disappointing. It would be great if they extended the breakfast time for families with young children.

Immersion Brewing is just a hop away, and their craft beer is awesome! The King Suite with Sofa Bed was cozy, spacious, and super clean-a perfect home base for wandering around Bend.

I wasn't thrilled about the $15 parking fee. Plus, the Holiday Inn had better breakfast options without any hidden costs. Still, the overall experience was solid!

The hotel had a fantastic breakfast and a great location near dining and shops. The noise from the HVAC system was louder than expected, and the walls were thin, allowing sounds from the outside to filter in. It was a pleasant experience despite these minor flaws.
